Our Mission Statement

Our mission statement is simple We are seeking a world WITHOUT WORDS. Words are a net negative for humanity, life and the world at large. This is truth. This is the truth our beloved founder Kevin Rainier gained while undergoing a 7 day immersion where he was isolated from words and anyone being able to verbally interact with him. During those 7 days Kevin meditated and became enlightened with a philosophy he called The Silence. The Silence is a method by which mankind can become entuned with a higher form of knowledge and understanding simply by eliminating words. By doing this we will become vessels for change in our world and guide mankind towards a future void of the old and simple ideals that hold us back. There are levels to our enlightenment we call Echelons. 

1.  Echelon 1: The beginner stage. All new members start at E1. You will be given orientation and your first Immersion session which will prepare you for further lessons. E1s are encouraged to watch static and do personal Immersion sessions in their own home in between time here at The Institute.
2. Echelon 2: E2s are full members, they are now trusted to engage in their own Immersion sessions and are encouraged to start removing words from their lives. If E2s must speak they are encouraged to speak only Gibberish, not words that make no sense but absolute nonsense such as sounds and random noises. Graduating E2 is often hard because family and work life gets in the way but those who make that commitment are graduated to...
3. Echelon 3: E3s are committed to an absolute vow of silence, on going. E3s have navigated a wordless world and are now stronger. They have Embraced The Silence enough to understand the foolishness of words and their negative influence on society as a whole.
4. Echelon 4: E4s are only allowed to speak and use words for recruitment purposes (like I'm doing now) E4s understand the difference between having to use words and using words just to use them. Because we are envoys and acolytes we undergo Immersion sessions daily to cleanse ourselves of the filth of words. We bare the burden of having to continue using words while understanding there will come a time when such a thing is no longer necessary. 
5. Echelon 5: Much like E4s, E5s are actually certified to be teachers. E5s direct Immersion sessions and will prepare acolytes for recruitment. E5s control smaller groups of E4s for accountability.
6. Echelon 6: E6s are the gatekeepers. They check and judge the progress of all members and sign off on any and all recruitment opportunities. The E6s are the members that graduate other members to the next Echelon. E6s operate directly under Kevin and only answer to him. E6s have a full embrace of The Silence. E6s are Kevin's special Elders who will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
